Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the continuing oversight release.
